Reservation Procedure

• Step 1 Fill out the reservation form.
• Step 2 Send your reservation form and credit card information (Picture of card, front and back) to support@iloveseoultour.com for payment
• Step 3 The travel agency will confirm your itinerary by email.

Notices

• -There is a minimum-person requirement for each tour program which is subject to change and may be cancelled if the minimum is not reached.
• -Details will be notified individually to registered participants.
• -There is no responsibility for any missing of personal belongings during the tour.
• -Payment by Credit Card (Visa / Master only)

Tour Conditions

1. 1.Tours are subject to change or cancel if the number of participants fails to reach the set minimum.
2. 2.Tour itinerary and Tour time could be changed without notice due to the local conditions.
3. 3.For DMZ tour, all travelers must bring passport on the tour date.
4. 4.In case of cancellation, the travel agency will contact individually.
5. 5.Hotel drop-off can be requested on site, and an additional fee of 10,000 won will be charged per person.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any request for change/cancellation should be made by e-mail at support@iloveseoultour.com or call +82-(0)2-730-1090.

• -Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled date: 50% penalty of the tour cost.
• -Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% penalty of the tour cost.

About DMZ tour

All schedules are subject to change due to road conditions, weather conditions (Typhoon, heavy snow, etc.) and the government order, strike, and any other unforeseen reasons for the military reason such as military training, A refund will not be offered. Instead, you will visit.

• *Alternative itinerary: Imjingak park > Art Space BEAT 131 > Odusan Unification Observatory > The war memorial of Korea > Dismissal at City Hall or Myeongdong.
