  • PG course and Hands on session can only be applied by those who have registered Main Congress.
  • Please select IBD session or PDGI session when applying for the PG course.
  • Hands on session is limited to 24 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • *Hands on session applicants can enter the PG course free of charge.

APPSPGHAN Membership

  • -APPSPGHAN members will receive a discount on APPSPGHAN 2023 registration fee.
  • -There is no additional discount on Trainee/Fellow/Student registration fees.

Payment Method

Online Credit Card

  • -Payment by credit card is possible only through the on-line registration system.
  • -The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX.
  • -All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • -The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Wire Transfer

  • -Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
  • -A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (info@appspghan2023.org)
  • -Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

  • -Official receipts could be issued on participants' [MyPage].
  • -If you could not issue the receipt on your [MyPage], please contact the Secretariat (info@appspghan2023.org) then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • -Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.
  • -Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (info@appspghan2023.org).
  • -All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
  • -Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.
  • **Cancellation by July 31, 2023: 50% refund
  • *Cancellation From August 1, 2023: No refund
